How long does it take to get a reply?
We read every message and reply as soon as we can. Replies are sent to the email address you enter in the form, so please check your spam folder if you have not heard back.
What should I include when I report a problem?
Tell us which test you were taking, what happened, and the device and browser you were using, for example an iPhone with Safari. The exact wording of any error message helps us find and fix the issue faster.
Can you explain my IQ score or test result?
Every result page explains how your score is calculated and what it means. We cannot give personal interpretations or clinical advice, because IQScore results are estimates for interest and practice.
Can I suggest a new brain game or feature?
Yes, we would love to hear your ideas. Tell us what you would like to see and how you imagine it working.
Can IQScore diagnose a condition or issue an official IQ certificate?
No. IQScore tests are for education and entertainment, and we cannot diagnose any condition or provide official certificates. For a formal assessment, please speak to a qualified psychologist.
Does the contact form send you my test results?
No. Your test results and personal bests stay in your own browser. We only receive the details you type into the contact form.
Can I get in touch about a partnership or press enquiry?
